Huge delay in new British Citizenship applications

Dear Sir/Madam,

I submitted my citizenship application on 11th October 2013 but I can't see the fees of £874.00 deducted from my bank account. Can you please advise?

My details:

Royal mail tracking number - xyz

Name – Girish Suryawanshi

DOB – 26/03/1981

Passport Number – xyz

Unfortunately with the high volume of post we are receiving we are unable to give a timescale as to when the payments will be taken.

I would advise you to check your bank account in 2 to 3 weeks. If the payment has not been taken by then please contact us again.
